This includes technical details (like their host, domain registrar, DNS records, logins, & more), a maintenance schedule (for daily, weekly, monthly & annual tasks), and a troubleshooting guide for the common problems WordPress websites face.

We monitor and update your sites daily and weekly depending on the level of service you take out with us.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE’S A PROBLEM

HOW CAN I ACCESS OLD VERSIONS OF MY SITE?

If your site is completely down, we can simply restore the site back to its last backup. Again depending on your level of service backups range from hourly to weekly

WILL I LOSE ANY OF MY SEO WHEN YOU DO CHECKUP?

No. Everything is restored back to how it was as per your latest backup

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION AS MY ONLINE STORE IS OPEN 24 HOURS?

Mon-Fri 8am till 8pm are our standard hours. If you require extended support hours then this can be offered at an additional fee.

IF MY SITE CRASHES AND NEEDS TO BE RESTORED HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

It depends on the size of your site, but on average between 10 to 20mins. As soon as your site is 100% restored we will contact you and let you know and advise on any issues or possible concerns that you need to be aware of.

IS THERE AN ACTUAL PERSON I CAN SPEAK TO IF I HAVE A PROBLEM?

Yes. No call centres, no automated systems, straight through to a real-life person.

CAN I MOVE MY BACKUP TO A NEW DOMAIN NAME IF I GET A NEW DOMAIN?

Yes. We can move this over from any domain name to a new one without any issues or downtime.

I THOUGHT HOSTING COMPANIES DID SITE BACKUPS?

Most hosting companies no longer support backups and those that do only offer a monthly basic version. With our plans, your site is hosted on an independent server and we also manage your sites themes, updates and security which hosting companies won’t touch either. Any issues, we can restore the site for you, whereas the hosting companies will expect you to do that work. In short, we take away all the pain to keep your online business online
